with her brother Mark, but someday hopes to have all her siblings with her in the same

unfamiliar to her. She is an honor roll student who performs well in school. At times her
behaviors become a problem as she has had to deal with a confusing situation over which
she has no control.
Mark is a bright and energetic
young man who is frustrated by his inability to return to his mother and grateful for the
relationship he has with his foster mother. Mark is an honor roll student consistently and
is able to relate well to his foster mother. He is close to his siblings but is
understandably fearful of adoption. Mark was tested at the exceptional level and is
enrolled in the gifted program at school.

good eater. She is in counseling to help her adjust to being in foster care. She is not on
any medication and her behavior at home and school is good. Her only medical problem is

Like her sister, Markeia is a pretty girl who also likes to dress up and have her hair
done. She is sensitive and her feelings are easily hurt. She is very talkative and is
never afraid to ask questions. Markeia likes High School Musical, Hannah Montana, and
