MARKASHA, MARKEIA

- Birthdates: July 1996, October 1997, February 1999, and June 2000

Markayla shares a foster home with her brother Mark, but someday hopes to have all her siblings with her in the same home. At times her behaviors become a problem as she has had to deal with a confusing situation over which she has no control.

Mark is a bright and energetic young man who is frustrated by his inability to return to his mother and grateful for the relationship he has with his foster mother. Mark is an honor roll student consistently and is able to relate well to his foster mother. He is close to his siblings but is understandably fearful of adoption. Mark was tested at the exceptional level and is enrolled in the gifted program at school.

Markasha is a good eater. She is in counseling to help her adjust to being in foster care. She is not on any medication and her behavior at home and school is good. Her only medical problem is eczema during the winter. Markasha is an honor student.

Markeia was born June 30, 2000. Like her sister, Markeia is a pretty girl who also likes to dress up and have her hair done. She is sensitive and her feelings are easily hurt. She is very talkative and is never afraid to ask questions. Markeia likes High School Musical, Hannah Montana, and Cheetah Girls. She is well behaved at home and at school. Markeia attends counseling with her sister. She is not on any medication and has no medical problems. Markeia is an honor student.
