There were a total of 14 new hires in 2007: 8 Caseworkers, 4 part-time Youth Leaders, 1 Computer Operator, and 1 Legal Secretary.

There were a total of 2 retirements in 2007:   1 Training Officer and 1 Caseworker. There were a total of 11 additional resignations:  5 Caseworkers, 2 part-time Youth Leaders, 1 full-time Youth Leader, 1 Telephone Operator, 1 Legal Secretary, and 1 part-time Account Clerk. 

Education: Human Resource statistics show that the agency has 62 employees with Bachelors Degrees including such disciplines as: Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, English, Computer Technology, and Business Administration.

The agency has 22 employees with Masters Degrees including the following disciplines: Social Work, Education/Counseling, Criminal Justice, Sociology, English, Business Administration, Public Administration.
