Mahoning County Children Services has a beautiful little guy named Romion who is available for adoption. Unfortunately, Romion’s health does not permit him to live outside Hattie Larlham Children’s Hospital for now, but maybe someday he will be strong enough to live at home.

Even though Romion is not healthy, he is a happy little one who enjoys hugs and kisses. He also deserves a family who loves him and can be a part of his life as his adopted family.
