In 2010, the agency had 141 employees on staff to
serve and support the service of children and families in our county.
Main agency offices: 5 administrative, 11 supervisors, 57 caseworkers,
and 28 support staff. In addition, there are 40 staff at our group
homes.
There were a total of 12 hires in 2010: 4 caseworkers, 4 part-time
youth leaders, 3 clerical, and 1 family services aide. There were 7
retirements in 2010: 2 chief supervisors, 3 caseworkers, and 2
full-time youth leaders. There were a total of 8 additional
resignations: 2 caseworkers, 3 part-time youth leaders, 2 full-time
youth leaders, and 1 technical typist.
Education: Human resource statistics show that the agency has 56
employees with Bachelors degrees including such disciplines as: Social
Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, English, Computer
Technology, and Business Administration. The agency has 23 employees
with Masters degrees including the following disciplines:
Education/Counseling, Criminal Justice, Sociology, English, Business
Administration, Public Administration and Social Work.
