In 2009, the agency had 140 employees on staff to
serve and support the service of children and families in our county.
Staff includes: 7 Administrative staff, 10 Supervisors, 55
Caseworkers, and 27 Support staff. In addition, there are 41 staff at
our Group Homes.
There were a total of 7 new hires in 2009: 2 caseworkers and 5
part-time Youth Leaders.
There was 1 retirement in 2009: 1 full-time Youth Leader. There were a
total of 9 additional resignations: 2 Caseworkers, 4 part-time Youth
Leaders, 1 full-time Youth Leader, 1 File Clerk, and 1 Group Life
Manager.
Education: Human Resource statistics show that the agency has 57
employees with Bachelors Degrees including such disciplines as: Social
Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, English, Computer
Technology, and Business Administration.
The agency has 24 employees with Masters Degrees including the
following disciplines: Education/Counseling, Criminal Justice,
Sociology, English, Business Administration, Public Administration and
Social Work.
