2009 Christmas Assistance Applications
October 13, 14,15 – 10:00am to 4:00pm – Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday
October 16 – 12:00noon to 6:00pm – Friday
October 17 – 10:00am to 1:00pm – Saturday
Criteria for Assistance: (There are no exceptions to the listed
criteria)
Mahoning County Resident
Present a VALID Picture ID
Present Social Security Cards for All Household Members
Present Proof of Guardianship of children ages 0 through 17. One
of the following: Medical Card, Insurance Card, etc.
Present Birth Certificate or court papers for all children ages
0 through 17
Present Picture ID’s for all household members over age 18
Be willing to sign an income certificate stating that your
household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
Children accompanying parents to Christmas Assistance Applications
must remain in parents’ care during the entire process.
