HEALTHY TIDBITS
Salads are good but do you love your dressing too much? Try
cutting your favorite diet dressing with vinegar. It won’t
interfere with a lot of dressings flavors and the vinegar is
low calorie and good for you...
Use Creamer in your coffee?
Try using Instant Non-fat dry milk. It won’t cool your coffee
like milk, contains Calcium, and does not have all the
additives that “creamers” have. Looking for ways to add
Calcium to your diet? Sprinkle the dry milk over your cereal,
oatmeal etc. in addition to the milk you regularly use...
Vitamin D is made by our bodies but it requires sunshine... A
good way to get sunshine and enjoy the outdoors is to visit
Mill Creek Park. The Park has 15 miles of hiking trails,
multiple Playgrounds, picnic areas with grills, bike trails,
gardens and so much more and the price is right… Free!
Healthy food can be fun...
