Strategic Planning Committee
The Strategic Planning Committee met for the first time on July
16, 2009. The facilitators for our Strategic Plan are Dr. Joseph
Mosca, Dean of the Bitonte College of Health and Human Services
at Youngstown State University and David Arnold, LISW-S, CEO of
the Family Service Agency.

What is a Strategic Plan?
A Strategic Plan is designed to provide a sense of direction that
positively impacts the work of the agency.
What are the benefits?
The benefits include the agency's ability to:
Improve performance Maintain focus Problem solve
The Committee has been systematically processing the information
complied from the survey that was completed by Board members,
Administration, Management, Direct Line Workers and Support
Staff. The committee is working towards establishing goals and
objectives to address the strengths and limitations of our
agency and secure a plan for the agency’s future.
