Each training is held in the Mahoning County Children Services 3rd Floor Conference Room and the fee is $5.00 per person. This excludes the 10/16/09 NEOEA Day Training which is free of charge and is held at the Mahoning County Educational Services Center.

Registration deadline is one week prior to the training. Registration is limited to 60 individuals. Registration sign-in begins 30 minutes prior to each training.

Registration for NEOEA Day is accepted by mail only due to large number in attendance.
